ACF - Action Against Hunger

Action Against Hunger, also known as Action Contre la Faim (ACF) in French, is an international non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to fighting hunger and malnutrition worldwide. The organization was founded in France in 1979 in response to the emergency needs of the Afghan people during the Soviet invasion. Since then, it has expanded its operations to numerous countries across the globe.

Action Against Hunger focuses on addressing the root causes of hunger and malnutrition by implementing programs in the areas of nutrition, health, water, sanitation, hygiene, food security, and livelihoods. The organization's approach emphasizes providing lifesaving assistance during emergencies, as well as longer-term support to help communities become more resilient and self-sufficient.
