Position Title: Government Capacity Building Technical Assistance

We are seeking experienced experts, trainers and facilitators to build the capability and capacity of Republic of Yemen Government (ROYG) officials to ensure they are better equipped to deal with development, stabilisation and security challenges.

- Experience of delivering technical assistance and capacity building support to governmental bodies in Yemen or the MENA region in order to build their capacity in any of the following areas: Governance, Security, Stabilisation, Planning, Anti-Corruption, Peacebuilding, Safeguarding, Gender, Project Management, Mediation, Negotiations Support, Conflict Resolution, Conflict Sensitivity, conducting Needs Assessments (education, health, livelihoods, for example) and Economic Development/Policy.
- Based in or willing to work in Yemen.
- Native Arabic and professional competence in English.
