Work Experience:
I had practical experience in seven major disaster in Pakistan and Yemen i.e. 2005 earthquake, 2009 IDPs crisis, 2010 Floods and 2011 Floods and in Yemen ie Yemen response. I am working in the humanitarian sector since August 2004 and have gained a lot of professional experience of working at Pakistan and International level with different UN and other international humanitarian agencies with major achievements in MEAL system design and implementation. In majority of the assignments I was supposed to design the Monitoring and Evaluation framework and systems. I successfully completed different Rapid need assessments, Detail need assessments, post distribution monitoring, satisfaction surveys, impact monitoring, evaluations and have developed different tools keeping in view the study objectives and organizational objectives.

In addition I designed different LFAs keeping in view different donors requirements and facilitated different training events for project staff (Organizational and other agencies). I have also produced different analytical and progress reports. I have strong computer skills with excellent command on Ms Excel and other Ms Office Packages and have good practical experience on Statistical Packages of Social Sciences. (SPSS/PASW) and Sphenix (software used for study designing and analysis).
I worked with FAO UN, UNDP, relief international, world vision, CRS and Oxfam Pakistan in food security and livelihood projects.
Currently I am working as Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator in Pakistan Reading Project 31st of January 2014.
